Over the past few weeks I've done something I've never tried before. Firstly I've improved my diet, cutting out all refined sugars and going for more complex carbs. I have also recorded all my calories and also my weight each day. I began by limiting my intake to 3500 kcal per day, but have seen a steady loss in weight. I'm slowly increasing the calories (currently 3800 kcal per day) until I see the weight stabalise.

Thinking about main race targets for next year. How does this sound?... London marathon, Ironman UK and South Downs Way 100 mile (run).
