Strong winds and missed swims

Due to a few days with strong winds, I was forced to miss most of my swim sessions this week. The bad weather also forced me off the road bike onto the mountain bike a few of times. I feel I'm putting in the miles on the bike but not enough quality miles is resulting in little improvement. The bike is certainly an area I need to focus on. My first serious running speedwork session since the Florence Marathon made me reaslise I need to get the speed back into my running in order to get on track for a good time at London in April.

this week...

Training time: 13:15
Swimming: 0.75 miles (0:25)
Cycling: 83 miles (5:45)
Running: 35 miles (4:52)
Weights: 2:15
Calories consumed: 26,233
Average weight: 76.4 kg
Average resting HR: 38 bpm
